Natalie Diaz is a Real Estate Professional – a Trusted Advisor. How can I describe “the absolute best” or “more than expected” or even the “highest level of customer service given”? Well hopefully I can come close through this review for this 5 Star Realtor: I travel for a living and after looking for a new home for almost two years – I was frustrated with looking and with realtors! I had just dropped my most recent realtor, first part of 2019, when I met Natalie Diaz of Tolaris Realty Group, LLC at one of her open houses.

It was her friendly, non-salesy demeanor that I first noticed. No pressure, “call me if I can help in any way” is all she said. She started sending me one or two listings she thought I’d be interested in and then asked if she could spend time with me to learn exactly what I wanted in a house. Before I knew it, Natalie was working for me and putting in the time and effort that I could not due to my work schedule. She would go look at the homes and set up showings for the weekends I was home. She was extremely patient! …It took a year to find the right house! She never pushed, she made me feel confident with my decisions…. Until we landed on the house that would be my new home, it’s exactly what I wanted – Note; I would have given Natalie 5 Stars for that alone…

But – wait! There’s more… I am, also highly recommending Natalie for going above and beyond expectations! Due to my hectic travel schedule, buying a house was not an easy process. Natalie made it easy! She coordinated with the seller’s agents, changing dates as needed, let the inspectors in, coordinated different inspections and reports, made all the arrangements – and – she gave me solid advice throughout the process! All-in-All; Natalie Diez made it as easy as possible and I do not think anyone could have done better!

I’ve now been in my new home for three months and getting settled, finally. And the only worthy “Thank you” that I can give Natalie is a few raving reviews… she deserves it. I would personally recommend Natalie Diaz to family and friends; she is a Trusted Advisor.
